How do I scan ingredients?

1. Open the app and tap the Camera or Gallery button
2. Take a clear photo of your ingredients
3. Tap "Analyze Ingredients"
4. Review detected ingredients and add/remove as needed
5. Tap "Generate Recipes" to get personalized suggestions
How many recipes can I generate per day?

• Free Plan: 1 recipe per day
• Staff in Kitchen: 10 recipes per day
• Master Chef: Unlimited recipes
Daily limits reset at midnight in your local timezone.
Can I save recipes for later?
▼
Recipe saving is available for paid subscribers only:
• Staff in Kitchen: Save unlimited recipes
• Master Chef: Save unlimited recipes + share with friends
Free users can screenshot recipes or upgrade to save them.
Subscription & Billing
How do I upgrade my subscription?

1. Go to your Profile tab
2. Tap "Subscription Plans"
3. Choose your desired plan
4. Complete payment with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card
Your upgrade takes effect immediately!
Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes! You can cancel anytime:
• Go to Profile → Subscription
• Tap "Cancel Subscription"
• You'll keep access until the end of your billing period
No questions asked, no cancellation fees.
What's your refund policy?

• Within 48 hours: Full refund for new subscriptions
• Technical issues: Contact support for assistance
• After 48 hours: No refunds, but keep access until period ends

Monthly £100 Contest
How do I enter the contest?

1. Subscribe to Master Chef plan
2. Generate and save a recipe
3. Cook the recipe
4. Go to Recipes tab → Select your recipe
5. Tap "Upload Photo for Contest"
6. Take a photo of your finished dish
Your entry is automatically submitted for voting!
How are winners selected?
▼
• Community voting determines the winner
• Most votes wins £100 shopping voucher
• Winners announced within 7 days of month end
• We contact winners via email
One entry per recipe per month. May the best dish win!
Technical Issues
The app won't recognize my ingredients
▼
For best results:
• Ensure good lighting
• Place ingredients on a clear surface
• Avoid overlapping items
• Take photo from directly above
You can manually add or remove ingredients after scanning.
I can't log in to my account
▼
Try these steps:
1. Check your internet connection
2. Verify your email is correct
3. Use "Forgot Password" to reset
4. Update the app to latest version
