1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using WDK ("What Do I Cook?"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
2. Description of Service
WDK is a mobile application that provides:
- AI-powered recipe generation based on ingredient photos
- Recipe storage and management
- Cooking contest participation
- Educational cooking videos
- Multi-language support
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must be at least 13 years old to use WDK
- One person may not maintain multiple free accounts

5. Payment Terms
- Payments are processed by Stripe
- Subscriptions auto-renew monthly
- Prices include applicable taxes
- No partial month refunds
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions renew on the same day each month. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Refund Policy
- Within 48 hours: Full refund available for new subscriptions
- Technical issues: Refunds considered if service is unusable
- After 48 hours: No refunds, but you keep access until period ends
- Contest entries: No refunds after entering a contest
7. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the service for any illegal purposes
- Upload inappropriate or offensive content
- Attempt to manipulate contest voting
- Reverse engineer or copy our services
- Share account credentials
- Use automated systems to access the service
- Harass other users
8. Contest Rules
- Must be a Master Chef subscriber to enter
- One entry per recipe per month
- Photos must be original and your own cooking
- Winners selected by community voting
- £100 prize paid as shopping voucher
- We reserve the right to disqualify inappropriate entries
- Winners announced within 7 days of month end
9. Intellectual Property
- Your Content: You retain rights to your recipes and photos
- License to Us: You grant us license to display your content in the app
- Our Content: WDK name, logo, and features are our property
- Generated Recipes: Free to use but not exclusive to you
10. Privacy and Data
Your use of WDK is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers
- Recipes are AI-generated suggestions only
- We don't guarantee recipe outcomes
- Nutritional information is estimated
- Check ingredients for allergies/dietary restrictions
- Service provided "as is" without warranties

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulse Code Ltd shall not be liable for:

13. Account Termination
We may terminate accounts that:
- Violate these terms
- Remain inactive for 12+ months
- Engage in fraudulent activity
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England.
